Zwaar uitgevoerde kneedmachine. Heeft 1 snelheidsstand. Eiwitrijke bloem deeg van 1 kg bloem afgekneed in ca 20 minuten. Is wel behoorlijk zwaar in gewicht om van aanrecht in een kast te zetten.

After using it a few times, very satisfied. It takes over a difficult task, especially with larger quantities of flour. Cleaning afterwards is a bit cumbersome.

Does what is promised: fast, efficient, and very thorough kneading of bread and pizza dough. Using the same recipe, my multigrain breads are now one and a half times bigger than with hand kneading.

It's exactly what I have been looking for, although a little larger than expected. Very robust and should last for years. Ordering and customer service were fantastic. Questions were answered quickly by a real person. Perfectly packaged in a wooden crate on a pallet. Would buy again.

Impeccable, but a bit heavy (37 kg) to handle. Note: the feet can leave colored marks (brown/yellow) on some surfaces. Personally, I would like a smaller version for family use. As for kneading, nothing to complain about—it does the job. Even with long kneading, the dough does not overheat. I made bread dough (about 2 kg) and then pizza dough (+/- 3.5 kg) in one go. Great results, much better than a kitchen robot with a hook. Delivery on a small pallet, in a sturdy wooden crate, within the announced time. Thank you Maxima.

Prima deeg kneder snelle sevice zoals altijd

I have had the device for about 2 weeks now. Overall, for the money it is a solid machine. Two points are slightly annoying: 1) a large red lamp that is always on when connected to power, 2) due to the fixed bowl and the roughly 50 kg weight, cleaning is quite a challenge.
