Once we receive the form, we will review your request. You will then receive further return instructions from us, along with a return label or information about a pickup appointment.

Returns must always be processed according to our instructions. We will provide the return label or arrange a pickup appointment, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance or in the event of an error on the part of RVS Voordeel.

Never send a product back to us without a return confirmation. This helps prevent the product from being sent to the wrong address or incurring unnecessary additional shipping costs.

 

Return Policy

We have the following return conditions:

  • Returns must always be reported in advance.
  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your product.
  • The product must be returned complete, clean, unused, and properly packaged.
  • Damage occurring during return shipping is at the customer’s risk.
  • In the event of use, damage, soiling, missing parts, or damaged packaging, we may refuse the return or apply a deduction for depreciation.
  • Return shipping costs, pickup fees, and any additional shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Return shipments without a return confirmation may be refused or processed with a delay.

Return Shipping Costs

If you're outside of the Netherlands or Belgium, our standard transport costs do not apply. You will receive a price overview in advance through email.

For package shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium, the return shipping cost is €10, including VAT, per package. Was your order delivered in multiple packages? In that case, we generally assume the same number of return shipments. The return shipping costs are then calculated per package.

For pallet shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium, return shipping costs start at approximately €55, including VAT. This amount is an estimate. The final shipping costs depend on factors such as your location, the volume, the weight, and the nature of the shipment.

After you’ve registered your return, we’ll inform you in advance of the expected return or pickup costs.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

 

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like to receive a different item, size, or model, you must first request a return for the original product using our return form.

We recommend placing a new order for the desired replacement item. This will help you avoid delays caused by the receipt, inspection, and processing of the return shipment.

After we receive and approve the return, we will process the refund in accordance with our return policy.

 

Refunds

We reserve the right to delay the refund until we have received and inspected the returned product.

Return shipping costs, pickup fees, any additional shipping costs, depreciation, or costs for missing parts may be deducted from the refund amount.

After the refund has been processed, it may take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account. This depends on your bank or payment provider.
